It’s the love month once again dear loved ones, but this
isn’t just about giving your special someone flowers and chocolates. February
is also the heart awareness month. This is literally a time for “usapang
puso”.
In line with the celebration of heart month, “My Heart,
Your Heart” A health forum conducted by the Philippine Heart Association (PHA)
with the cooperation of Philippine College of Physicians (PCP) aim to promote
on how we should take good care of our heart, and to educate every Filipino on
what to do to keep our heart in good shape.
